Food Frontline Assistant – Early Morning Shifts

Marks & Spencer Plc in Skegness is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service, staying calm under pressure, and helping customers find what they need.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist shoppers, work across different store areas as shifts require, and be a reliable brand ambassador who welcomes busy periods, especially during the festive season.
