Branch Customer Experience Specialist

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Exeter, Devon branch. You will welcome customers in-branch, over the phone and online, understanding their needs and guiding them to the right banking services.

In this 12-month Fixed Term Contract, you’ll handle everyday transactions and queries, work with colleagues in a busy branch, and help keep face-to-face banking meaningful on the high street. Training and development are provided, with a competitive benefits package.
