Hybrid Travel Concierge — Customer Service

Crystal Ski, part of TUI, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to help customers plan unforgettable ski holidays. You’ll assist across face-to-face, phone, email, live chat and social channels, delivering honest, expert advice and a memorable service from initial enquiry to post-trip follow-up.

This hybrid role is based two days per week at the Crystal Hub in Milton Keynes and the rest remote. The 12-month fixed-term contract offers flexible hours between 22.5 and 37.5 per week and
