Compassionate Customer Care & Rehoming Assistant

Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is seeking a Customer Service and Rehoming Assistant to deliver outstanding service to clients and staff, while supporting the rehoming function for our London teams. This role requires experience in a demanding customer service environment and the ability to handle emotive situations with tact and empathy.
