Tax Client Support Specialist – Hybrid 3–6mo Contract

Vialto is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for Canadian and US tax clients, coordinating with local offices and scheduling consultations across offices. The role involves triage and response duties, with escalation when needed, and occasional administrative support.

This 3–6 month full‑time contract starts Jan 2027 and follows a hybrid schedule with in-office presence 2–3 days per week.
