Night-Shift Formulation Operator (Food Manufacturing)

Danone is seeking a Formulation Operator for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Kettering site. The role involves overseeing the blending process, coordinating inbound and outbound transport, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will operate start-up and shutdown procedures, read P&IDs, trace process lines, and record daily production statistics. The ideal candidate has GCSEs, strong English, and experience in food manufacturing.
