Seasonal Retail Manager – Christmas Charity Shop Lead

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Seasonal Retail Manager to run a busy temporary shop across locations in the UK during the Christmas period. This role, based in various venues, offers a rate of £13.92 per hour and a temporary contract from October to December 2026, with 1–2 days per week commitment.

You’ll oversee day-to-day shop operations, lead volunteers and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales and ensuring the shop looks inviting for customers during the festive season.
