TradePoint Customer Advisor – Build Relationships

B&Q is seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor at Cribbs Causeway. You’ll work full-time (36.75 hours) with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, on a permanent contract. The role pays £13.64 per hour inclusive of a location allowance, reflecting store-specific pay.

You will engage with trade members, listen to their needs, and recommend products and services to help their business grow, while actively promoting the trade loyalty scheme and delivering a great customer experience.
