Lidl’s Acquisitions Graduate programme offers Year 1 in regional locations and Year 2 in London, with rotations through Retail, Logistics and Real Estate to build broad experience. You’ll tackle challenging projects, learn site selection and stakeholder management, and attend a Tolworth assessment centre (30/11/2026 & 01/12/2026).
Achieve a 2:2+ in a Bachelor’s degree, be eligible to work in the UK, and relocate as needed.
