Key Responsibilities:
- As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are booked in, work is clearly communicated and customers receive a first-class experience.
- Manage customer bookings and vehicle enquiries
- Liaise closely with technicians and the workshop team
- Provide clear updates on vehicle repairs and servicing
- Prepare and explain repair estimates and invoices
- Identify additional work and maintenance requirements
- Ensure customers receive a professional and seamless service
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
What we’re looking for:
We’re ideally looking for someone with previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, although this role could also suit an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to move into a customer-facing position.
- Previous experience within the motor trade or automotive industry
- Strong understanding of workshop operations and vehicle repairs
- Parts knowledge or previous parts experience would be highly beneficial
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organised, confident and comfortable dealing with customers
- A genuine interest in delivering a premium customer experience
