Food Retail Customer Assistant — Fast-Paced Service

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service, using Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers and enhance their shopping experiences.

Expect to work Thursday and Saturday 15:00–23:00 with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours between 22:00–06:00. This is a frontline, team-driven role in a fast-paced environment.
