Remote Customer Support Executive – 12-Month Contract

Pion is seeking a Customer Support Executive on a 12 month maternity contract. You will manage media/advertising bookings from start to finish, liaising with customers via email and chat to confirm details and expectations.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time completion, maintain records, and resolve issues efficiently. Ideal candidates are highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with a global/remote-first team.
