Shift Duty Manager – Frontline Leader for a Busy Hotel

Whitbread is recruiting for a Duty Manager at Caernarfon Premier Inn. This role is 30 hours per week with a permanent contract and a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour. You’ll lead shifts, coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant support, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly for guests.

You’ll work on the shop floor, engage with guests, and coach teammates, with a clear path to future hotel management responsibilities at Whitbread.
