The Best Connection in Watford is seeking a Customer Service Analyst for a rotational Monday to Friday day shift, with a potential permanent role for the right candidate. The role includes monitoring KPI’s, coordinating with transport and operations teams, and attending customer meetings. Some travel to Rugby may occur a few times per month.
Shift: 07:30–15:30 or 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday; Friday work from home. Hourly pay £13.42 PAYE.
