Regional Field Service Scheduler & Coordinator

Yamazaki Mazak in Worcester is recruiting an Area Breakdown Co-ordinator to join the service team. This office-based role supports a section of the breakdown team, scheduling engineers, arranging site visits to resolve machine breakdowns and invoicing completed work.

You will liaise with customers and engineers, discuss faults and job expectations, and develop machine tool knowledge as a key member of the Service Co-ordination group.
