We’re proud of our local reputation and the service we provide. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Long Eaton branch and become part of our administration team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the sales team and helping property transactions run smoothly. The work is varied and includes drafting property particulars, onboarding clients, preparing contracts and other paperwork, managing shared and individual inboxes, and sending sales memorandums.
There’s also a strong marketing element to the role, including preparing property information for sale and helping ensure listings are accurate and ready to reach the market. You’ll need to be organised, comfortable handling a high volume of typing and able to manage several tasks while keeping an eye on the details.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys administration and wants to build a long-term role as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft property particulars and prepare property information for marketing.
- Onboard clients and request, check and organise the required documentation.
- Prepare and process contracts, sales memorandums and other sales paperwork.
- Manage the branch’s shared inbox alongside your own emails.
- Maintain accurate property records and update internal systems.
- Manage office keys and ensure they are recorded and handled securely.
- Liaise professionally with buyers, sellers, colleagues and other contacts.
- Provide general administrative support to the Long Eaton sales team.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft products, including Word and Excel, and comfortable learning new systems.
- Good computer skills and a confident, accurate approach to typing.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage competing tasks and work well as part of a team.
- An interest in property and marketing would be an advantage.
- Estate agency experience is welcome but not essential.
Working Pattern and Applications
- The role is five days a week, including one Saturday in every four. We offer a competitive salary with a good bonus structure.
