Wayleave & Landowner Liaison Coordinator

NG Bailey Group is seeking an Administrator for the Wayleaves Department in Stockton-on-Tees. The role involves handling consents, payments and landowner searches, while delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.

You will support Wayleave Officers, manage enquiries from landowners, agents, solicitors, and engineers, and partake in a fast-paced team with a development path through training and regular reviews.
