Whitbread is hiring a Duty Manager for High Wycombe/Beaconsfield Premier Inn. You will lead shifts, support front desk, housekeeping and restaurant teams, and ensure guests have a great stay. The role is 30 hours per week with a fixed-term contract through 01/01/2027.

The position requires strong leadership, calm decision-making, and a customer-focused approach. Evening, weekend, and peak periods are part of the schedule, with opportunities to grow into future hotel management roles.
