KFF – Site based Aylesford is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to provide excellent service to external and internal customers by phone, email and web chat. You will handle orders with accuracy, resolve issues, and liaise across departments to meet KPIs and customer expectations.

Offering £28,110 per year plus benefits, pension and career development, the role requires 8-hour shifts (08:30–18:00) on a 5-from-7 rota including weekends.
