Frontline Customer Experience Liaison

Costain is seeking a customer-focused front-line role to inform, advise and educate customers about our work, manage doorstep communications and support operational teams across sites.

You will be organised, articulate and IT-literate, with GCSEs in English and Maths and a valid UK driving licence, enabling effective, timely updates and strong customer service. This role emphasises reliability, record keeping, and collaboration with Site managers to maximise satisfaction and minimise complaints.
