Compassionate Deputy Care Home Manager (On-Call)

JRHT is seeking a Deputy Manager to work with the Registered Manager at our New Lodge care service. You will lead a compassionate team to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care and support the delivery of our strategic objectives.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of CQC regulations, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility for weekends and on-call duties. DBS checks apply.
