Paediatric Service Administrator | Patient Care & Coordination

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Administrator to join the Paediatric team. You will communicate between patients and clinical staff, answer patient calls and queries, liaise with consultants, validate pathways and book outpatient appointments.

The role requires empathy and a patient-centered approach, with duties including proofreading letters, setting up clinics, updating clinic schedules and supporting the administrative team.
