Guest Services Receptionist – Front of House

Knoll House in Studland seeks a friendly Receptionist to join our Guest Services / Front of House team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome and efficient service in a busy coastal hotel.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling bookings and payments, managing arrivals and departures, and using the Opera booking system (training provided). Previous guest-facing experience is preferred, with confidence using computers.
