Receptionist – Sexual Health and HIV Service

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Sexual Health and HIV Service!

In this busy role, you will work as part of a team to provide a comprehensive administrative support to the service. You will cover our reception desk, greeting patients, booking appointments and dealing with telephone queries. You will use a range of IT software including Inform Electronic Patient Record System.

There is a requirement as to provide reception cover for annual leave and sickness in all Sexual Health Clinics across the South, North and IOW.

All duties will be carried out within the Trust’s Information Governance, recording, and data sharing procedures and guidance
