Retail Advisor – Flexible Hours, Commission & Growth

EE Birmingham Bullring is hiring a Retail Advisor. You will help customers choose products and services, delivering energy, empathy and expertise at every interaction. Training is provided, and no prior retail experience is required.

The role supports store targets with a friendly, customer-first approach in a busy shopping environment. You’ll work 24 hours per week with a schedule aligned to store trading times, including weekends.
