As a Reservations Agent, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Managing all guest reservations and ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience
- Deal with all reservation requests and changes, accurately processing bookings, and assisting guests with their needs
- Work closely with Front of House department to maintain inventory, manage pre-payments, and support both individual and group bookings
What We Are Looking For
- Have an excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Previous Front of House or Reservations experience essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work on a varied schedule, including weekends.
