Part-Time Wholesale Service Desk Advisor

Lorien is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Wholesale Service Desk in Edinburgh on a part-time basis. You will handle customer queries via phone and email, provide professional support, and update systems accurately while working with a friendly, customer-focused team.

You will prioritise tasks, stay calm under pressure, and deliver excellent customer experiences across the scheduled 19 hours per week, including Monday, Thursday, and Friday shifts.
