Position: Temporary / Agency Barista
Location: Near Market Bosworth / Nuneaton area (CV13 0AD)
Environment: Rustic, fast-paced barn café/venue
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (paid weekly)
Hours: Flexible agency shifts available (daytimes/weekends)
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based hot and cold beverages.
Operating commercial espresso machines and grinders with speed and consistency.
Providing welcoming, fast, and efficient customer service.
Maintaining cleanliness across the barista station, prep area, and seating spaces.
Handling till transactions accurately.
Requirements
Previous Barista experience is essential (proficient with commercial espresso machines, milk steaming/texturing, and grinder calibration).
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Reliable transportation to reach CV13 0AD (due to the rural barn setting, own transport is strongly recommended).
