Job Description
A well-known UK firm is looking to recruit an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly ranked Employment practice in London.

The team advises on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a varied workload including employment tribunal litigation, senior exits, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructurings, contractual and policy advice, and employment support on corporate transactions.
n
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of matters, work closely with senior lawyers and develop strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors.

The team is looking for a lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE and solid experience across employment law. Candidates should be commercially minded, confident in managing matters independently and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.

Experience required:

- n
- Qualified in England and Wales
- Have at least 3 years’ PQE gained in a leading employment practice.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
