Blue Astral Consulting is seeking a Mobilisation Lead for a UK hybrid bid-based role, shaping mobilisation strategy, owning the mobilisation plan and delivering readiness through service commencement. You will be the face of mobilisation to the customer during the proposal process.
The role requires deep experience in large, multi-provider transitions in government or defence, current SC clearance, and strong stakeholder engagement across client, provider and outgoing teams.
