Digital Systems Lead – HALO ITSM & IT Service Management

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Systems Manager to oversee the HALO ITSM platform, provide second line support and lead technical administration across the Trust’s digital services.

You will work with colleagues across Digital Services to implement developments, ensure system security, and maintain high data quality while aligning with the Trust’s Digital Strategy and larger estate of 55 sites.
