SR2 REC LTD is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology-enabled transformation programme. This hands-on BA role focuses on end-to-end process mapping, identifying cross-functional dependencies and ensuring clear, testable requirements before delivery.

You’ll collaborate across Technology and the wider business to connect people, processes, systems and data, mapping impacts of proposed changes and supporting agile delivery through discovery workshops and stakeholder management.
