Apply for the Implementation Manager
Location: London
Job Description:

  • London – hybrid, 1 day per week in the office

We are working with a technology business that helps organisations source, manage and pay their freelance and contingent workforce. Its platform brings recruitment, onboarding, compliance and payments together, supporting clients from growing businesses through to enterprise organisations.

They are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to own the delivery of new client implementations, from solution design through to go-live, adoption and handover.

This is a varied, client-facing role where you’ll work closely with commercial, technical and delivery teams. Projects could range from a two-week talent sourcing implementation to a three-month rollout across multiple countries, combining workforce management technology with managed services.

What the Implementation Manager will be doing:

  • Work with clients during the final stages of the sales process to understand requirements, shape the solution and agree scope and expectations.
  • Build and manage implementation plans, covering timelines, milestones, resources and technology integrations.
  • Own client onboarding, including data migration, system configuration, testing and training.
  • Identify and resolve technical and process issues, keeping projects on track.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build buy-in throughout implementation and adoption.
  • Track project performance, quality and milestones, adapting plans where needed.
  • Create user guides, training materials and clear implementation documentation.
  • Support go-live and ensure a smooth handover to the ongoing delivery team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience implementing B2B SaaS solutions for mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • A track record of managing client-facing technology projects from requirements gathering through to go-live.
  • Experience with system integrations, configuration and translating client requirements into practical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with technical teams, operational stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • A practical, adaptable approach to solving problems and managing change.

What’s on offer:

Up to £75,000, hybrid working with 1 day a week in London, healthcare, pension, L&D budget, enhanced family and wellbeing benefits, your birthday off, a new MacBook and regular socials.
