FPGA Firmware Engineer – Defense/Aerospace Impact (Hybrid)

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Firmware (FPGA) Engineer to join a defence/transport focused team in Crawley. You will contribute to firmware architecture, design, verification and integration across hardware, software and systems domains.

The role requires 5+ years in firmware, strong SystemVerilog/VHDL skills and willingness to work on-site with occasional remote work. Security clearance is preferred for project access and duty responsibilities.
