HSE Manager: Lead Safety & ISO Compliance (Hybrid)

Prysmian Cables & Systems Limited, based near Eastleigh, seeks an experienced HSE Manager to drive Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across the site. You will implement ISO 45001/14001 aligned systems, lead risk assessments and promote a proactive safety culture.

You will mentor the HSE team, work with operations and leadership, ensure legal compliance, and support the Group HSE strategy with local initiatives. Fluent English, NEBOSH Diploma, and an engineering background are required.
