Landmark Information Group – Internal is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for internal customers, handling requests, tickets and incidents with a strong customer-service focus.
You will work across on-premises and cloud systems, use ITSM tools, assist with onboarding new staff, maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure EUC compliance, with occasional travel to other offices.
