A fast-growing, multi-brand beauty retailer is looking to appoint an ambitious FP&A Manager to take full ownership of the financial planning and analysis function across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.

n

n This is a highly visible role partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Brand Leadership teams, providing insight, challenge and strategic support to drive business performance. You'll have end-to-end responsibility for FP&A, leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning while delivering actionable analysis across multiple retail and consumer brands.

Your New Role n Key Responsibilities:

n

n
• Full ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across a portfolio of brands

n

• Delivering monthly board and executive reporting, providing meaningful commercial insight and recommendations

n

• Partnering with Brand Directors and senior commercial stakeholders to drive profitability and performance

n

• Developing sales, margin and inventory forecasting models

n

• Providing analysis on customer trends, product performance, promotional activity and new product launches

n

• Supporting strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and business case analysis

n

• Identifying risks and opportunities across revenue, gross margin and operating costs

n

• Driving improvements in FP&A processes, reporting accuracy and data utilisation

n

• Leading ad hoc commercial projects to support business growth initiatives

n

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified

n

• Previous experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Beauty, FMCG or a product-led business

n

• Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience

n

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

n

• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes

n

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders

n

• A proactive and commercially curious mindset

n

n
