Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end project delivery for industrial and data centre developments, partnering with top-tier developers. You will lead project work streams from pre-development through completion, balancing design, cost, schedule, and approvals. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to manage expectations, risk, and contracts, while regularly engaging contractors on-site. Responsibilities

• Oversee all project work streams from strategic design to practical completion
• Manage financial control and budgeting across the scheme
• Coordinate construction legals and statutory approvals
• Act as client lead applying core project management principles (risk, time, cost, quality)
• Interface with contractors on site visits to monitor progress
• Ensure adherence to JCT/NEC contracts and performance standards
