Business Systems Analyst – AI adoption

Overview

In this role you will lead the identification and delivery of AI-driven and innovative technology solutions to create real business value. You will work closely with both business and technology teams to drive process improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings. You will embed security, privacy and governance while supporting technology teams, ensuring compliant, scalable solutions. This hybrid position places you at the center of technology change across the organisation, with the chance to shape how finance or professional services leverage new capabilities. You will be based near Hampshire with regular office presence and cross-functional impact.

Key requirements

• 5 years+ experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the finance or professional services industries
• Experience in business solutions, technology change or systems implementation, ideally with exposure to AI, automation, APIs or innovative technology
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently
• Eligible to work in the UK and commutable distance from Southampton, Basingstoke, Fareham, Bournemouth areas
