Product Management Senior Expert

Overview

In this Senior Product Manager role, you own a strategic use case from problem to market, partnering with engineers and product experts to shape an end-to-end product. You will prototype with AI, validate customer needs directly, and drive the build and GTM efforts to deliver measurable outcomes. You move swiftly with incomplete information, balancing strategy, data, and execution to close gaps between parity and leadership. The role offers high autonomy and a mission-driven focus on sustainable, data-rich solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn customer problems into scalable products that impact the market.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive end-to-end vision for the use case (regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization or resilience)
• Understand market and technical requirements; monitor competitors and customers
• Engage directly with buyers and co-development accounts to validate problems and solutions
• Prototype with AI to create working demos and test assumptions
• Collaborate with engineering to unblock and advance the build across product/platform areas
• Partner with strategic leads and commercial teams on go-to-market
• Define success metrics and make stance-based decisions (persist/pivot/stop)

Key requirements

• 10+ years in a meaningful end-to-end product ownership role in B2B enterprise SaaS
• Ability to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs and scripting (Python/JavaScript)
• AI-native way of working integrated into daily practice
• Comfort in regulated, data-rich, sustainability or risk domains
• Strong problem framing and clear, actionable recommendations for engineering and design
• English fluency (primary working language)
