Implementation Consultant – Software (Remote)

Overview

In this role you partner with top global pharma organisations to implement Veeva Commercial Cloud solutions, delivering AI-powered, data-driven customer relationships. You will lead workshops, design scalable solutions, and drive projects across multiple roles. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex client needs into robust designs and oversee delivery from build to go-live. Responsibilities

• Implement a content management platform for life sciences
• Lead business process discovery and application design workshops
• Translate complex client process requirements into workable solution designs
• Oversee solution build, testing and deployment
• Create process documentation and project deliverables
• Plan and establish post-go-live activities and ongoing support
• Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and integration into customers’ ecosystems

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager
• Strong consulting background with ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
• Able to travel approximately 20%
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work
