Project Manager – UK

Overview

In this role you will plan, monitor, and deliver design, build and implementation work products. You will drive requirements elicitation, architectural analysis, design reviews, and estimation activities, while mentoring the team to produce high-quality deliverables. You will work within a learning culture that values collaboration, excellence, and client partnerships, and you will help optimize delivery, risk management, and process improvement. Responsibilities

• Project execution tracking and control (scope, schedule, quality, resources, risks, costs)
• People management and team development
• Project operations management (budgets, billing, audits, metrics)
• Client relationship management and stakeholder updates
• Contribution to technology improvements and employee engagement initiatives
• Support for proposals, solution design, estimations, and business development
• Resource planning and coordination for delivery

Key requirements

• Experienced in leading testing teams across large, complex programs
• Strong understanding of modern test practices, tools, and methodologies
