Project Manager

Overview

In this Project Manager role, you drive the delivery of schemes from pre-development through practical completion within a growing I&L/Data centre market. You will work with top-tier teams and clients to deliver best-in-class schemes, shaping projects in a collaborative environment. You handle design, cost control, approvals, and contractor interfaces, ensuring disciplined project management and client leadership. Responsibilities

• Oversee all project work streams from strategic design to practical completion
• Lead client-facing activities across project management principles (risk, time, cost, quality)
• Manage financial control, budget planning, and cost management
• Coordinate construction legals and statutory approvals
• Ensure adherence to JCT/NEC contracts and performance as Employer’s Agent
• Interface with contractors during regular site visits and monitor progress
• Maintain client expectations and effective stakeholder management

Key requirements

• Client leadership across project management principles
• Experience in risk, time, cost, quality management
• Stakeholder management and regular liaison with contractors
• Knowledge of contract types (JCT/NEC) and Employer’s Agent role
