Project Information Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead BIM information management for Clarion’s development and asset management programs. You will supervise BIM operations, coordinate information across projects, and ensure compliant, validated data is available across the business. You’ll drive digital design innovation and explore new technology and workflows with the Operational Team. The role is hybrid with office-based weeks and some travel to sites and suppliers, supporting large-scale housing developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise BIM operations across multiple projects to ensure information requirements are met
• Coordinate building and construction information, including data, records and 3D models
• Review project data and ensure information is accurate, validated and structured
• Conduct research, support data analysis and reporting for decision making
• Collaborate with the Operational Team to adopt new technologies, workflows and digital practices
• Maintain governance by identifying and escalating non-compliance where appropriate
• Travel to development sites and suppliers as needed

Key requirements

• Expert BIM knowledge with experience leading information management on major projects
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across a range of software and tools
• Practical knowledge of asset data delivery using COBie
• Familiarity with UK and international BIM standards, including ISO 19650
• Ability to conduct data analysis and support reporting
