Technical Sales Specialist / BDM – South

Overview

In this field-based role you drive growth for Siemens’ LV control, protection and metering portfolios across the South UK. You will partner with OEMs, panel builders, system integrators and distributors to deliver tailored, energy-efficient solutions. You work with product management and technical teams to run targeted campaigns and maintain a healthy pipeline, owning the territory strategy and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities

• Identify and secure high-value LV control and protection opportunities across the South UK for SIRIUS and SENTRON
• Build and nurture consultative partnerships with OEMs, panel builders, system integrators and channel networks
• Translate customer engineering challenges into tailored low-voltage packages emphasizing energy efficiency and uptime
• Collaborate with UK Product Management and Technical Support to deploy growth campaigns and launch digital innovations
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and accurate forecasting using the Siemens CRM
• Own territory strategy and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve commercial targets

Key requirements

• Commercial acumen in B2B technical sales or business development
• Working knowledge of LV control gear, circuit protection, switchgear, control panels or metering
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
• Autonomous, self-motivated territory planning and field sales approach
• UK Driving Licence (essential)
