Retail Client Services Manager – Italy

Overview

You join Worldwiders’ client services at a pivotal retail-excellence program to act as the link between the UK Hub, local market client and in-market partner agency. In this role you will manage client campaigns, requests and end-to-end service delivery across your market portfolio, using your Italian and English skills to keep stakeholders informed. You will monitor budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvements while collaborating across teams and partners. The opportunity focuses on growth, innovation and best-practice across the EMEA Hub, delivering impactful retail execution.

• Competitive salary: 44,000–55,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between the UK Hub, market client and in-market partner agency
• Manage client campaigns, requests, projects and end-to-end service delivery
• Provide clear client updates and stakeholder communication in the relevant market language
• Track budgets, SLAs and KPIs to drive commercial excellence and service improvement
• Influence, inspire and collaborate across teams, agencies and client stakeholders
• Identify growth, innovation and best-practice opportunities across the EMEA Hub

Key requirements

• Fluent in English & Italian, both written and verbal
• Previous account management or customer-facing experience, ideally across European markets
• Able to travel and stay away from home in market for much of the working week (1-3 nights depending on the need and season)
• Strong commercial awareness, critical thinking and confidence managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent relationship building skills across multicultural, multi-market teams
• Proactive, resilient and confident managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
