Overview

In this role you will lead a high-value client portfolio within IQ-EQ, ensuring superior service, profitability, and strong client relationships. You will oversee the Client Administration Team, drive operational excellence, and monitor performance against KPIs while supporting business growth. You will provide technical leadership, oversee risk and regulatory compliance, and embed robust risk practices. You will contribute to new business development and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that scales with multi-jurisdictional funds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-value client portfolio with focus on service quality, profitability, and relationships
• Oversee Client Administration Team—workload allocation, development, and performance against KPIs and targets
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and financial management (revenue, utilization, debtor control)
• Provide technical leadership and risk oversight for complex client structures and transactions; ensure regulatory compliance
• Support business growth and leadership through new business development, stakeholder management, and mentoring the team

Key requirements

• Professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive fund services experience
• Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, laws, regulatory requirements, taxation, and best practices across relevant jurisdictions
• Excellent analytical, numeracy, and IT skills with the ability to interpret complex fund and legal documents accurately
• Effective communication and collaboration with strong relationship management, self-awareness, and commitment to development
• Resilience and integrity in a fast-paced environment with risk-aware mindset and ability to manage workload and change
