Regional Manager

Overview

In this role you lead the International Recruitment and Partnerships efforts for East and South East Asia, shaping regional strategy and delivery. You will drive international student recruitment and partnership development while ensuring high-quality stakeholder service. You’ll contribute to Transnational Education initiatives and oversee partnerships that generate tuition income. The position involves regional leadership within a dynamic university team and may require overseas travel. You will work to advance the university’s international presence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and operations for East and South East Asia within International Recruitment and Partnerships
• Drive international student recruitment and cultivate/manages partnerships with agents, partners, and institutions
• Oversee Transnational Education development and related partnership activities
• Ensure excellent customer service for students, parents, agents, partners and other stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and travel overseas as needed
• Provide leadership and maintain strong governance within the regional team

Key requirements

• Significant experience in a Higher Education Institution or similar context
• Professional knowledge of international student recruitment and partnership development
• Proven leadership/management experience
• Willingness/ability to travel overseas
