Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the team to strengthen technical competence and knowledge
• Shape the system development plan and set development priorities aligned with objectives
• Act as subject matter expert across store ordering, supplier ordering, demand forecasting and pricing
• Present ideas and investment plans to senior stakeholders and draft project plans for accurate implementation
• Ensure forecast improvements deliver availability and efficiency while minimizing stock and markdowns
• Balance high-quality model development with business-focused, diminishing returns considerations

Key requirements

• Proven leadership experience in strategy shaping and operational delivery
• Strong technical and data skills including SQL and data manipulation tools
• Deep domain knowledge of food supply chain and operations
• Experience leading change within an operation and guiding stakeholders through change
