Overview

As Technical Business Analyst, you will lead roadmap execution for foundational UI capabilities within the CRIMS platform. You will translate infra and UI needs into actionable requirements, collaborating with engineering, architecture, and security to ensure scalable, secure solutions. You’ll drive product discovery and align stakeholders to deliver core Web components and UI services that power large enterprise clients. This role offers impact through shaping the UI framework at a market-leading SaaS platform and enabling rapid, secure innovation.

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance of server framework
• Lead product discovery and technical deep dives, translating infrastructure needs into clear roadmaps
• Engage daily with engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery of key projects
• Promote smooth developer experience by making platform services intuitive
• Become subject matter expert in coverage area and contribute to roadmap and growth strategy
• Support sales, professional services, and support to enhance client experience and future growth

Key requirements

• 4+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, or infrastructure strategy within a SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of UI technologies such as React, desktop interoperability, UI component design systems, API technologies, and authentication technologies
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure platform capabilities with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineers and architects
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance requirements
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for Agile project management
